Black and Minority Ethnic Candidates Selection Training Day
Sunday 3rd Dec 10.00 to 17.00 in Nottingham
A Training Day is organised especially for the BME Candidates only. Approved candidates looking for specific skills to help you compete and get selected for Moving Forward and Priority Seat.
This Training is the same training that Gender Balance Task Force is giving to Women only candidates at the Party Conferences. If you are an ambitious PPC potential and wish to succeed than you will benefit from this training. So come along join the team going forward.

- Delivering the Best Selection interview
- Planning and delivering the best Selection campaign.

Venue, Arrangements, Refreshments and Lunch are hosted by LDMF.
Due to the limited places available at the training day we are asking everyone interested for returnable booking deposit of £20 along with the registration form. £20 will be returned if you book advance and turn up on the day. Booking will be held on first come basis as the registration forms are received. If you would like to join the conference and the Eid Dinner on the day before, please ask about overnight arrangements.
Registration Fees
- AGM, Training Sessions (for BME candidates only) and refreshments during these sessions are Free
- £5 for conference alone for all registration forms received by 25th November 2006 OR ( £7.50 for later registrations.)
- £15 for Eid Dinner and Conference received by 25th November 2006 OR ( £20 for later registrations.)
Invited Participants
- To attend and participate in the LDMF conference, you must be a member of the Liberal Democrats, or an invited guest of a LDMF or a party member, or member of the Media.
- To vote on LDMF resolutions and participate in AGM, you must be a fully paid up member of LDMF. To join LDMF, please complete and send the membership form. Any Lib Dem Party member can join the Forum.
- To attend, please complete the conference registration form (doc pdf).
